ENERGISING FLOW

Fluid. Empowering. Uplifting.

An energising vinyasa practice designed to bring heat and vitality to the body and mind. This practice will challenge your endurance while bringing strength and flexibility to the body. Experience the nourishing effects of connecting movement with breath in an energising flow.

Energising flows are dynamic in nature with quick transitions between asana, it is recommended to have some prior yoga experience.

SLOW FLOW

Supportive. Simple. Slow.

A restorative vinyasa practice designed to cultivate awareness of alignment, movement and breath while strengthening and stretching the whole body. Practiced at a slower pace compared to an energising flow, this class will not only condition the body but will support an increased mental focus, discipline and mindfulness through consciously aware movement. Slower transitions and movements between asana guide the body through a moving meditation.

Slow flows usually start with a pranayama practice and occasionally end with a guided meditation. This class is open to all levels of experience.

MYO-FLOW

Lengthen. Release. Restore.

Myo-flow is therapeutic yoga practice that combines a slow flow style class with the application of myofascial release techniques. This is the perfect class to relieve pain, soothe tightness and discomfort through using props such as; foam rollers, balls and blocks to massage the myofascial connective tissue. Myo-flow classes will increase the blood flow and hydration of the myofascial tissue, improve muscle range, maintain functional muscular length and encourage movement in the lymphatic system. Myo-flow will not only leave you feeling lengthened and restored, it benefits the mind by relieving feeling of stress and anxiety, providing space for deep relaxation and release of emotional stress.

Myo-flow usually starts and/or ends with a pranayama practice and is open to all levels of experience.

YIN YOGA

Mindful. Spacious. Passive.

Yin yoga is a wholesome practice designed to work deep into the body’s connective tissue and fascia. An excellent practice to increase flexibility, reduce muscular tension bringing balance to the body for anybody who engages in more dynamic yoga styles and exercise. Yin yoga is the perfect way to unwind and create space in the body and mind by using the support of props to hold passive shapes.

In yin yoga, shapes are mostly conducted on the floor and are usually held between 4 and 8 minutes, targeting joints and ligament stress to enable muscles to soften, the mind to silence, creating opportunity for complete surrender.

A therapeutic class that is open for all levels of experience.

YOGA NIDRA

Nurture. Replenish. Rest.

Yoga Nidra, known as the ‘yogic sleep’ is a simple yet profound meditation practice that can induce a state of mental, physical and emotional relaxation. It is a gentle practice taken in Savasana or a comfortable seated position using a combination of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music, imagery and visualisations.

A deeply restful class that is open for all levels of experience.

MEDITATION JOURNEY

Nourish. Restore. Relax

We live in such a fast paced world, full of information and constant stimulus, we often forget to dedicate time for stillness. Each Meditation Journey is a unique and nourishing guided practice designed to reduce tension and provide space for introspection. Through quietening the mind, we relieve stress, increase resilience and restore both the body and mind.
